Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 14 days unworn and unwashed with all tags/labels attached. We will credit your original method payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) If return order is under $5.00 a credit will be held against your memebership for future purchases.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different colour or size, please follow the above directions and include $6.00 credit card, money order/cheque for the re-delivery.

Noisebox Threads is not held for any responsibility for delivery delays. All garments are reproduced as accurately as possible. However a slight variation may occur in size and colour specifications.

AVAILABILITY NOTICE:

Sometimes we run out of stock of some colours & sizes before product web pages are updated.  We apologise in advance for any inconvenience, you will be emailed to advise of this and refunded these items at the time your order is shipped.
