Q: I have not received my order, should I wait a few more days?
A: Although we endeavour to deliver your parcel within 10 working days, parcels will on occasion not arrive as expected. Please be aware that before we can deem any parcel as missing, 12 working days must have passed from the date of dispatch.
Q: What happens when I order a item and it is not in stock?
Sometimes we run out of stock of some colours & sizes before product web pages are updated. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience, you will be emailed to advised of this and refunded these items at the time your order is shipped.
Q: How do I use a discount coupon code?
A: Add the product/s you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Click the "View Cart" link at the top of the page and then enter the "Discount Coupon" on the right side. You may also enter a discount coupon at the last stage of the checkout process. You may only use 1 code per order. Discount coupons are not valid during sales.
Q: How do I return an item for exchange or refund?
A: Please return item with proof of purchase, in perfect condition within 14 days and we will refund or replace the goods. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. You can request a Return Authorisation by logging into your Account and click "Return Requests" and follow the links.
Q: Do I have to pay returns postage?
A: Yes, we regret that postage and packing are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
Q: I have been sent an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?
A: This rarely happens, but we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us for assistance on or return the goods. We will refund your postage when the exchange is made. You can request a Return Authorisation by logging into your Account and click "Return Requests" and follow the links.
Q: I have returned an item for refund. Have you received it?
A: Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We open the returns each day, but it can take several days before they are fully processed. Refund cheques will be posted to you and credit card refunds will show up on your next bank statement.
Q: I have returned an item for exchange, when will I receive the replacement?
A: Exchanges generally take about two weeks. If the replacement item is temporarily out of stock, it will be despatched as soon as it becomes available.
